DavidFOWLERPassed away at the age of 75 at Queens Hospital, Burton on Trent on 8th October.
The father of Sarah and Matt. David was loved and will be missed by his family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at Bretby Crematorium on Friday 14th November at 11:30 AM.
Flowers are welcome, and donations may be made to Midlands Air Ambulance which David supported, or can be given at the end of the service where there will be a donation box.
